    PARTIAL
PRETERISM
        IS A
DECEPTION

The Church is only telling us
of a future Beast Antichrist.
. . . . . . But is there more?

Click on the blind to find out what is still 'cloaked' by this new and increasingly popular false doctrine. Partial Preterism is heavily connected with the Kingdom Now movement. This in turn has ties with Dominion Theology. Partial Preterism teaches that the first half of the 70th week has already been fulfilled. They say that it is 'old first century history'. They say that the first half of the 70th week was fulfilled, (of all things), by the 3.5 year ministry of Jesus!

Of course they must twist and ravage the Holy Scriptures to identify Jesus our Messiah as the "he" mentioned in Daniel 9:27 when the context clearly indicates that the "he" in Daniel 9:27 refers back to Daniel 9:26 and the "prince who is to come", the prince who "shall destroy the city and the sanctuary"./Temple. Here is our Scripture passage.

Daniel 9:26-27 (NKJV)

26 “ And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself;
And the people of the prince who is to come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.
The end of it shall be with a flood,
And till the end of the war desolations are determined.

27 Then he shall confirm a covenant with many for one week;
but in the middle of the week he shall bring an end to sacrifice and offering.
and on the wing of abominations shall be one who makes desolate,
even until the consummation, which is determined,
is poured out on the desolate.”

Discover the awful truth the established religious powers are trying to hide. It concerns the Harlot Church and her involvement with the Antichrist as the 70th week, the final seven years of this age, opens up.

HEMI-PRETERISM / PARTIAL PRETERISM.
A LETTER WITH QUESTION ABOUT THE 3.5 YEARS vs. 7 YEARS.

Dear Dr. Finley,
A friend pointed me to your site. She had been asking me questions about Pre-Trib Rapture vs. Post-Trib and a few years back I went from pre trib to Post-Trib. I had been unable to reconcile what I read as a child with what I was being taught.

My response is in blue.
Glad to hear of your coming into this conclusion. A Biblical study building precept upon precept eventually leads to an understanding of the Post-Tribulation Resurrection-Rapture. You did the homework, saw what was written, and connected the dots. Most do not bother. They believe what they are told. And like sheep we tend to go along with what everyone else seems to be going along with. You are a rare believer and blessed in this Berean diligence.

One question that I have for you is this. Why do you feel there are 7 years left to run until the end of this age?

A seven year “covenant with many” is specifically mentioned in Daniel 9:27. In the verse before this the Bible in Daniel 9:26 speaks of 7 sevens and 62 sevens which equals 69 weeks. Palm Sunday marked the terminus of the 69 weeks. At that time Jesus entered Jerusalem as "Messiah the Prince". See this YouTube video. Messiah was "cut off", or executed, in the same week, that being Passion Week. Messiah being “cut off” is a big deal. It marks a clear disconnection point in the Seventy Weeks timeline that is apparent in the text. And it and produces the gap between the 69 weeks and the future 70th Week. For proof of this and a remarkably accurate chronology based upon NASA new moon data see this YouTube video. Again, a seven year covenant with many and lasting seven years is specifically mentioned in Daniel 9:27. And it comes after the 7 weeks and 62 weeks or after the terminus of the 69 weeks and after the point when Messiah is executed.

If you read Daniel 9 as a paragraph without the numbered break down, as it was written, the entire chapter is about the Messiah.

Lets’s do that.

Daniel 9:24-27 KJV
24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.
25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
26 And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.
27 And he, (that is the prince mentioned in the previous verse), shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

Note the portion in red. It mentions a “prince”. Is our Messiah, the Prince of Peace who makes an ETERNAL COVENANT in view here? Far from it! This seven year covenant which happens long after the 69 weeks concluded is a future paltry earthy seven year political covenant. A certain sinister “prince” makes this shady deal with God’s compromised Judeo-Christian people who are willing to sell their sovereignty for a pocketful of promises of “world peace”. Will the “prince” deliver and bring in world peace based upon human rule and nuclear disarmament? Ha. Look at the 6th seal at the end of the age. Blood and pillars of smoke along with repeated references to the sun turning to darkness and the moon to blood points to to nuclear atmospheric contamination.

This “prince” mentioned in verse 26 is not the Messiah. It is the wicked prince the evil people of all ages have been waiting for. Jesus spoke about him in John 5:43. Note the section in green. Note that the people who belong to this future consummate beast ruler are DESTROYERS OF THE HOLY THINGS OF GOD. Destroyers of the Holy Temple, razors of the Holy Place, and persecutors of the Holy People. These are the sort of blasphemously wicked people that belong to the prince of Daniel 9:26.

Now a question for you to ponder. The powers of darkness over this present world are keen to quietly marry off the worldly harlot church to a certain coming prince, a bad guy. The Harlot will ride the New World Order Beast and during that time, (the first half of the 70th Week), she will be co-regent with this “prince”. John saw this amazing specter and wrote about it in Revelation 17. Now, do you think the powers of darkness want to keep this matter of an awful future Church compromise kept under wraps?
You bet they do! That is why they want to force this shady interpretation of Daniel 9:27 on the Church.

If you read Daniel 9 as a paragraph, without the numbered break down, as it was written, the entire chapter is about the Messiah.

This is not so. Lucifer through this very popular interpretation is trying to conceal the Antichrist and his earthy down and dirty seven year covenant described in verse 27. The seven years are made up of 3.5 years under the Harlot system and then after the AOD there will then be a further 3.5 years under the Beast Phase 2 Antichrist of 666 fame. Religious evil spirits hovering around Christians and around pulpits and over pews are doing this cloak job. They are trying to smokescreen the word “prince” in the previous verse 26 from its evil ramifications that are clearly there to see in the verse and its context of abominations and blasphemy. This is quite clear if we have eyes to see this.

If you read Daniel 9 as a paragraph it reads a good deal differently. Jesus ministry was approx 3.5 years.

I agree that the ministry of Jesus was about that length of time. But what about the reign of the Harlot who rides the Beast before it is fully revealed for the hideous thing it is at the midweek point? When John saw the Harlot riding the Beast he was absolutely flabbergasted at what he saw. He said so when he described this astounding vision in Revelation chapter 17. Clearly the Harlot must ride the Beast at some time. Clearly she cannot ride when the Beast is ruling. And she cannot be ruling there during the last half of the seven years when crowns of sovereignty are on the ten horns of the Beast. So she must rule in the 3.5 years before the Beast demon rises from the Abyss. We know that this abominable demon is being restrained in the Abyss now And the beast demon will be released at the midpint of the 7 years and will then possesses the Antichrist. At that time the Beast phase 2 Antichrist will be revealed and he will break the 7 year covenant half way through, stop the sacrifices, erect the abomination that makes desolate. Only after that will he embark on his effort to take over the world by instituting his 666 system thus bringing in the Great Tribulation period which lasts a further 3.5 years/1260 days. In the following chapter, Revelation 18, John describes the eventual demise of the Harlot. She is eventually turned on by the ten horns and burned with fire.

In Daniel 9:27 it is Messiah who confirmed a covenant. He is the prince mentioned in this verse.
He was the One who stopped the sacrifices. Because after He came and died at Calvary there was no further need for further sacrifices.

This is ecclesiastical speculation and human reasoning with no Biblical basis at all. Jesus our Christ/Messiah did never confirm or sign on to an earthly seven year covenant with anybody. He fulfilled an Eternal Covenant, fulfilling the Abrahamic Covenant in the the New Covenant with his death, burial, and Resurrection. Messiah at His first coming at the end of the 69 weeks was Israel’s promised Sacrifice Lamb. He shed the ultimate and final atoning blood of covering for sin thereby bringing Redemption to all who repent and ask Him to come into their life as Savior, Lord, and Ishi. But this is a far cry from any "seven year covenant".

Let's remember this too. The sacrifice of animals never saved anyone. It was, is, and ever shall be faith that saves. The only way people have been saved or ever will be saved is by grace through faith in the atoning blood of Israel's promised Sacrifice Lamb, our Lord Jesus Christ. The God of Israel who came in the flesh and died on the cross of Calvary provides the ultimate atoning covering for sin. His was the one and only sacrifice that saves. The sacrifices are object lessons and opportunities to connect with God and teach our children about the awful deadly consequences of sin, the holiness of the God we serve, and the necessity for blood atonement. This was the case in Old Testament times, is now, and will be in future history of this earth. The sacrifices are not "done away with" by Jesus sacrifice. Not at all. The sacrifices will continue as object lessons, just like our communion is an object lesson, even up into the coming thousand year Millennium of Messiah when mortals go up to the feasts every year. See Zechariah 14.

I think there are only 3.5 years left. I would appreciate your opinion on this.
Greg.

If we do our homework on the seventy weeks of Daniel we will see that the 69 weeks terminated on Palm Sunday. This leaves us with a future 70th Week of seven years. Palm Sunday marked the terminus of the 173,880 days of the 69 sevens of 360 day Biblical years. It was the only day in which Jesus made any political presentation of Himself whatsoever. On that day He rode into Jerusalem in His humble priestly role as "Messiah the Prince". For a full chronology of the seventy weeks Prophecy that you can follow step by step see my YouTube videos on the Seventy Weeks Prophecy. If you do a You Tube search of “Seventy Weeks of Daniel” you will see a dozen or so videos on this subject. My YouTube name is “GavinFinley” and here is my YouTube Channel.

I should advise you that the interpretation of Daniel 9:27 that affirms it is Messiah who confirms a 7 year covenant and not the future bad prince who will confirm the seven year covenant is becoming very very popular among Western post-tribbers. Many of them are under the spell of the Dominion Theology or come out of the old line Reconstructionists. This Dominionism and Kingdom Now fervor is sweeping through the New Charismatic Churches, many of whom are under the hierarchical covering of the so-called “five-fold ministry". This is headed up at the top by the Kansas city prophets and quite a few other heavy handed heavy hitters from the "name-it, claim-it" camp. Hemi-Preterism as a variant of Partial Preterism. It is a half way house towards Full Preterism.

What is being spread here in this dogma of Hemi-Preterism? Full Preterism denies any future trials or tribulations for themselves as Christian believers. They see themselves as securely placed under their under-shepherds in their “Church Universal and Triumphant”.

Preterists take the extreme position. They say all the end-time dramas of apocalyptic Bible prophecy happened back in 70 A.D.. These irresponsible ecclesiastical jingoists see no need for any further corrections or any further refining of the Church. And as for the prophesied Restoration of Israel Preterists being Dominionists adhere to the Replacement Theology that says Israel has been replaced by the Church. So they believe Israel is passe' and irrelevant because the Church, (as they see it), has replaced Israel in God's new scheme of things. Dominionist Preterists see no end-time dramas with Israel or any Great Tribulation or any necessity for the end-time witness. So as they see it there is nothing the Church needs to worry about. She has as they say, "arrived".

Preterism and Hemi-Preterism has to deny a lot of Bible Prophecy. They deny the future wars involving the destruction of Damascus in Isaiah 17. They deny the Gog War of Isaiah 38, and the Battle of Armageddon. They sit in their present day New Age "prophetic" comfort zones visualizing and prayerizing their own fancies of total takeover and dominion as laid out by their "covering pastors, prophets, bishops, and apostles" in the presence of the praise, the accolades, and the money flows of men. They see their victorious Church successfully accommodating others and happily compromising themselves down the Hegelian dialectic. They forecast fair weather and smooth sailing to a Utopian Ecclesiastical world takeover with no problems. And if you don’t agree with them and see problems with this then, (to their way of thinking), you are the one with a problem. You are "negative". You do not have “faith”.

I hope this has been helpful. May God open our eyes to the wiles of the devil.
Because as he is very definitely operating inside the present day Laodicean Western Church.
